    Groundbreaking Rarity Tiers
    Bandai introduced entirely new premium chase mechanics specifically for this anniversary milestone:
    • Treasure Rare: A tier sitting entirely above Secret Rares as the ultimate chase pull. In this set, it features a special parallel version of the Edward Newgate (OP17-040) card. 
    • Four Manga Rares: Unlike previous sets that typically feature one to three "Manga Art" variants, OP-17 includes four distinct comic-style cards representing the main emperors (Whitebeard, Shanks, Kaido, Big Mom). 
    • Super Leader Parallels: For the first time, all six featured leader cards receive an ultra-premium parallel treatment simultaneously.
    • Pirate Crew Super Parallel & Special "Haki" Cards: High-end aesthetic alternates with stylized, high-contrast action visuals.
