Refunds & Returns
- All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order is processed or shipped.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as we purchase stock specifically to fulfill them. We ship pre-orders only when all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
- Cancellations: A 10% fee applies to all order cancellations.
- Pricing: Prices are locked in at the time of order due to market fluctuations. We do not offer price matching or adjustments.
- Shipping: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. Please track your package and take necessary precautions to ensure safe receipt. Any claims for non-delivery must be made directly with the carrier and/or local authorities.
- Damages & Claims: Any damages or claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, with photo/video evidence of the package, shipping label, merchandise, and packing list. We'll work towards a resolution once we receive this information.
- Policy Updates: We may update this policy at any time. By making a purchase, you agree to the current terms.
