Cancellation policy

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns once an order is processed or shipped.
  • Pre-Orders: Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as we purchase stock specifically to fulfill them. We ship pre-orders only when all items are available. If you'd like in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
  • Cancellations: A 10% fee applies to all order cancellations.
  • Pricing: Prices are locked in at the time of order due to market fluctuations. We do not offer price matching or adjustments.
